All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website (unless otherwise stated). Taxes and shipping charges (including any import duties where applicable) are calculated at checkout or may be shown separately. You agree to pay the full amount for your order, including applicable fees.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product details. When we accept your order, we will confirm it via email or by order status updates.

7) Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. HOLY TEE CO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns Policy. By ordering, you agree that eligibility and timelines for refunds and returns are governed by that policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

If you provide incorrect information and the package cannot be delivered, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship, if reshipment is offered.
